Meeting Objective:

Review and comment on comments received regarding the TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

TAC Members Present:

Mark Turner, Roy Van Wyke, Jay Dagner, David Rice, Oriol Haage, Leonard Devine, Joseph Territo, Clarence Tibbs, Dwight Wilkes.

TAC Members Absent:

Tarry Baker, Ed Carson.

Staff Present:

Mo Madani, Marlita Peters, Ila Jones, Jim Hammers, Joe Bigelow, Leslie Anderson-Adams

1. 3:30pm meeting was called to order. Agenda was reviewed and approved. Minutes of August 2010, were reviewed and approved.

2. Reviewed and commented on 2^nd Review Period Comments (2 Modifications) received regarding the Fire TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

3. There was no Public Comment and no Further Business.

4. Adjourned at 3:37 pm.
